伊朗向荷姆茲海峽發射實彈 特朗普特使抵達參與核談判

(SeaPRwire) –   於周二的海軍演習中向荷姆茲海峽發射飛彈，並根據伊朗官方附屬媒體的報導，當局已做好準備，若高層下令將封鎖這條戰略航道。

此次演習之際，總統 的特使Steve Witkoff與Jared Kushner正在日內瓦與伊朗高層官員會面，展開第二輪核談判。

伊朗伊斯蘭革命衛隊（IRGC）海軍司令Alireza Tangsiri海軍少將表示，根據與IRGC有關聯的Tasnim News Agency報導，德黑蘭已準備好 ，這條至關重要的全球石油運輸航道。

Tasnim News Agency表示，在「荷姆茲海峽智慧管控」演習期間，這條航運航道的交通暫停數小時，此次演習包含從船隻、沿岸據點與內陸地點發射飛彈，以及在訊號干擾環境下執行的無人機任務。

曾在1月下旬敦促IRGC，將已宣布為期兩天的實彈海軍演習「以安全、專業的方式進行，避免對國際海上交通的航行自由造成不必要的風險」。

“U.S. forces acknowledge Iran’s right to operate professionally in international airspace and waters. Any unsafe and unprofessional behavior near U.S. forces, regional partners or commercial vessels increases risks of collision, escalation, and destabilization,” it said.

已在中東建立大量軍事存在，此時伊朗核計畫談判仍在進行，美國官員暗示，任何潛在協議都必須超越濃縮議題，並解決更廣泛的安全顧慮。

Secretary of State said in February that for negotiations to be “meaningful,” they would need to address Iran’s ballistic missiles, its sponsorship of terrorist organizations across the region, its nuclear program and its treatment of its own people.

Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One on Monday that he would be involved in the talks “indirectly.”

“They’ll be very important and we’ll see what can happen. It’s been – typically Iran’s a very tough negotiator. They’re good negotiators or bad. I would say they’re bad negotiators because we could have had a deal instead of sending the B-2’s in to knock out ,” he said. “And we had to send the B-2’s. I hope they’re going to be more reasonable. They want to make a deal.”
