HK shares finish with more losses

Hong Kong stocks closed Friday with another loss, in line with a broad sell-off across Asia fuelled by fears over inflation and the Ukraine war, while traders were also fretting over a US crackdown on Chinese firms listed in New York.

The Hang Seng Index fell 1.6 percent, or 336 points, at 20,553.

The Shanghai Composite Index added 0.4 percent, or 13 points, to 3,309, while the Shenzhen Composite Index gained 0.6 percent, or 12 points, to 2,173. (AFP)
